Graduate of the Ste-Thérèse Professional theatre school 
in only 3 years of a 4 year program, Jean-Pierre Pérusse started making his mark 
as an actor in such productions as:
"The three penny Opera", "Little Shop of Horrors" , 
in TV series like SCOOP with Roy Dupuis 
and in films like "Kafka" and HIGHLANDER 3 sharing the screen      
with actors like Cristophe Lambert and Mario Van Peebles. 

Early on his interest diversified in writing, directing, choreography 
and lately in multi-media with an intensive course taken at the world renowned 
ICARI institute. 

He also heads the company RADICAL 5, 
whose expertise lies in creating shows for nightlife night owls. 
The company is fast becoming the object of the public eye and, 
along with Jean-Pierre Pérusse, has been ranked in the TOP 10 
in the category Best Dance Company and Best Choreographer
by popular vote 'BEST OF MONTRÉAL 2002 according to
Montreal's MIRROR magazine. 

He is, since 2005, Artistic Director, director and scenographer 
of the BLACK & BLUE MEGA EVENT witch 15 000 people attend
on the main field of Montreal's Olympic Stadium and who has won international prizes
for artistic direction both in Europe and North America

"LEATHERELLA AGAINST THE EVIL CRYSTAL QUEEN" 
premiered in Montréal and Los Angeles and distributed in all the clubs worldwide
to prevent and educate people on the danger of the drug crystalmeth

Jean-Pierre Pérusse is also the co- founder of the theatrical company 
TRANS-THÉÂTRE, which has been revered by the public 
and critics for more than 10 years. 

Recently he offered a « stunning performance » as  the hermaphrodite "GLORIOUS"
in the Montreal's premier of  DIVINITY BASH / NINE LIVES by Bryden Macdonald,
wich earned him spectacular revues by the press and public.
